JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for installing, fabricating, improving, inspecting, and repairing electrical equipment and machinery at Wanek 3 – B3. Ensure machines and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently while minimizing breakdown and downtime.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform inspection, preventive maintenance (PM), repair maintenance (RM), and corrective maintenance (CM) for machines and electrical equipment.
2. Operate and monitor utility equipment supporting production activities.
3. Support production teams to ensure machines operate properly and safely.
4. Coordinate with the Production team to improve machine efficiency and performance.
5. Participate in cost-saving initiatives through proper use of spare parts and maintenance resources.
6. Cooperate with related teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
7. Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader.
8. Submit daily reports to the Maintenance Team Leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• College degree or Intermediate diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related fields.

2. Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance; candidates with less experience but strong technical skills are also considered.

3. Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical safety.
• Knowledge of industrial power distribution systems.
• Ability to use technical software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar applications.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand PLC systems, servo motors, and basic industrial electrical equipment.
• Familiar with automation systems and equipment.
• Experience in operating and maintaining compressors, generators, and CNC routers is an advantage.
