Participate in electrical equipment installation projects assigned by the Electrical Engineer.
Execute all preventive maintenance (PM) plans and ensure maintenance quality meets standards.
Inspect equipment using appropriate instruments such as temperature testers, multimeters, and noise testers.
Responsible for maintaining facility electrical systems including gensets, transformers, power distribution systems, ATS, and Solar PV rooftop systems.
Perform corrective maintenance for facility electrical systems.
Inspect systems and electrical components to detect hazards, defects, and required adjustments or repairs.
Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with specifications and local electrical codes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute daily and weekly work orders assigned by the Electrical Engineer.
Perform daily inspections and record operating parameters for gensets, transformers, power distribution systems, ATS, Solar PV rooftop systems, etc.
Carry out daily, weekly, and yearly preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance plans.
Maintain maintenance records including daily checklists, PM checklists, and equipment history.
Calculate and prepare required materials for projects such as machine relocation and new machine installation (electrical wiring, electrical cabinets, etc.).
Conduct weekly ATS system testing under no-load and full-load conditions.
Perform operation and maintenance (O&M) activities for Solar PV systems.
Use materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor outsourced work from suppliers/vendors and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Support other departments when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Electrical Engineer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
Vocational school or college graduate in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
2. Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility electrical maintenance.
Experience with building electrical systems, ATS, transformers, generators, and Solar PV systems.
Familiar with electrical standards and industrial electrical systems.
Experience working in foreign-owned manufacturing companies is preferred.
3. Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of electrical wiring installation standards.
Knowledge of grounding system standards.
Equipment inspection and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of electrical materials and related technical knowledge.
