We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the strategic design, development, and implementation of impactful learning programs across all Vietnam Operations affiliates. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that aligns with organizational goals and empowers our workforce.

What you’ll do:

• Needs Assessment & Strategy: Identify learning needs and create strategies tailored to Vietnam Operations.
• Program Design & Development: Develop culturally relevant programs using proven instructional design methodologies.
• Implementation & Facilitation: Deliver engaging training sessions and oversee program rollout across multiple locations.
• Vendor Management: Select and manage external training partners.
• Evaluation & Measurement: Track program effectiveness and ensure measurable impact.
• Learning Technologies: Manage LMS and leverage technology for scalable learning solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and Ashley L&D team.
• Budget Management: Optimize resources for maximum ROI.
• Compliance & Localization: Ensure programs meet Vietnamese labor laws and cultural nuances.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of progressive L&D experience, ideally within Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
• Expertise in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Strong LMS administration skills.
• Excellent bilingual communication (English & Vietnamese).
• Proven project management across multiple sites.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Working Conditions
