JOB SUMMARY A direct link between Finance and Manufacture ,sales, purchasing, planning, Industry Engineering, warehouse the Finance Project Specialist provides support from the front to the back end of Supply Chain in order to ensure proper audit, training, support, control and forensic analysis of all operation related issues. The person needs to be able to have a keen knowledge of system and inventory and manufacture processes, be able to drill issues, resolve problems, instruct, prepare ad hoc reports, work across functions and make informed presentation of relevant issues to the Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Forensic accounting analysis of inventory issues, able to link floor processes and EXACT system, and document SOPs for control and follow up.
Weekly review of usage variance with the Warehouse team, follow up issues and ensure compliance. Metrics: Material usage variance report scrap report,
Weekly Sales flash review.
Work with production to control the output production.
Work with production to control the Operation Expense.
Work with head department to control the assert, New capex, Return on Investment, playback.
Work with production, IE, Purchase, warehouse to calculate the product cost.
Work with Finance and Accounting to do month end closing, quarterly, yearly (Balance Sheet/Income statement/Cash Flow)
Work with Purchasing team to analyze the Purchase Price Variance impact, and material cost saving from local alignment and change of vendor sources.
Work with WH team to review cycle count, and physical inventory status.
Analyze the impact on working capital of the inventory turns, on slow moving and obsolete inventory items.
Ensure proper process to record and track on inventories of tools and consumable, supplies on maintenance, repair, operation
Follow up, and report the replacement part
Prepare presentation on issues and solutions to Management.
Control and analysis the production cost, Operation expense (material/labor/over cost).
Ad Hoc Report
To do some other tasks as assigned by Head Department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Business /Finance and Accounting
Speak and write English.
Experience
More than 1 years’ experience in a sizeable manufacturing operations as Chief Accountant or 3 years' experience in manufacturing as General Accountant
Knowledge of:
Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of ERP, MRP
Inventory, costing, warehouse management knowledge a plus
Purchase and warehouse measurements.
Presentation and good communication both Vietnam and English
